Canyoneeneering was fabulous

We have just been transported from the bottom of the canyon to the finish. We waited just over 2.5hrs to do the abseil and because of this every team from 24th was lifted to the end because we have to start the final mountain bike at 2pm. This has actually been delayed by thirty mins because of the ropes delay. So we, and the other twelve teams also transported get the time of the slowest team plus an hour or so. It doesnt really affect us much.

Bennie (now with Salomon in Abu Dhabi) is here with us and he will be through to see us at the finish.

The final bike is all that is left. We start soon.
