We had a really good, but tough, desert stage. Will try to charge cell now so can email more later. We got two optional checkpoints, which is what my objective was for the team, and we finished with tender feet but no real damage. Our trek sees us in 26th place. Malaysia were 4mins ahead and Chinese are another 4mins ahead of them. We are now in 25th place overall.
Mark Joyce and his friend Peter net up at the finish. They followed us on tracking. We will stop at the resort they have been building at halfway on the bike tomorrow. Guys, thank you for your warm welcome today.

Well done team. 2 OP's is great. I miss that desert!! Great placing - Keep it up, you can finish well in the lower 20's.
